    Overview:

    As aReceptionist you play a crucial role in our organization as thefirst point of contact for visitors and callers. You will beresponsible for providing exceptional customer service managing thereception area and performing administrative tasks to support thesmooth operation of the office.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Greet and welcomevisitors in a professional and friendlymanner
    • Answer and direct phone callsefficiently
    • Maintain a tidy and organizedreception area
    • Receive and sort daily mail anddeliveries
    • Assist in scheduling appointmentsand managing calendars
    • Manage office suppliesand keep inventory
    • Provide basic and accurateinformation inperson and via phone/email
    • Assistwith administrative tasks such as photocopying filing and dataentry
    • Handle sensitive information in aconfidential manner
    • Monitor and maintain officeequipment
    • Coordinate with other departments toensure smooth operations
    • Perform other clericalreceptionist duties such as filing photocopyingtranscribing
    • Handle special projects asneeded
    • Assist in organizing company events ormeetings as required
    • Contribute to a positiveand professional workenvironment

    RequiredQualifications:

    • High school diplomaor equivalent
    • Proven work experience as aReceptionist Front Office Representative or similarrole
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite andother relevant computer software
    • Professionalattitude and appearance
    • Solid written andverbal communication skills
    • Ability to beresourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that mayarise
    • Ability to organize multitask prioritizeand work under pressure
    • Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to prioritizework
    • Attention to detail and problemsolvingskills
    • Positive customer serviceorientedattitude
    • Able to work independently withminimal supervision
    • Knowledge of officemanagement and basic bookkeeping
    • Stronginterpersonal skills and ability to build relationships withclients
    • Flexibility and adaptability tochanging workloads
    • Experience withadministrative and clericalprocedures
