    JobDescription
    Asa Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist at Realoq youwill manage the companys social media presence on platforms such asFacebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn. This includes creating andscheduling content actively engaging with the audience andexecuting advertisingcampaigns.
    Responsibilities
    • Developingcontent & social media strategies to effectively reachtarget audiences and meet marketinggoals.
    • Researching and analyzing performancemetrics content with consumer trends to ensure relevance andappeal.
    • Creating content for various platformsincluding social media blogs andwebsites.
    • Monitoring online trends and stayinguptodate with the latest social media tools and bestpractices.
    • Identifying target audiences andscheduling posts to maximize exposure.
    • Creatingappealing visuals like infographics to enhanceengagement.
    • Writing and reviewing pressreleases newsletters blogs and othercontent.
    • Managing content calendars andmaintaining consistency acrossplatforms.
    • Analyzing performance metrics tooptimize content strategies
    • Creating andmanaging leadgeneration ads across differentplatforms.
    • Proofreading and editing contentbefore publication.
    • Securing social mediapasswords and ensuring account security.

    Requirements
    • Experiencein social media & Content marketing
    • Strong communication writing consultative andverbal skills
    • Expertise in socialnetworking
    • Good knowledge of online marketingweb design Layouts & designtools.
    • Customerorientedmindset
    • Experience with audience and buyerpersona research
    • Excellent understanding ofdigital marketing concepts and bestpractices
    • Excellent analytical and projectmanagement skills
    • Ability to multitask andperform under tight deadlines
    • Strong verbal andwritten communication skills
    • Familiarity withcontent management systems such as WordPress Drupal andJoomla
    • Excellent computer skills with MS Officeand Google Suite
    • Knowledgeable about variouscontent platforms such as social media blogs and printmedia
    • It is good to have experience in realestate and technologyexpertise.
