- Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, addressing their needs & concerns promptly as well as effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with relevant information about products, services, and industry trends.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all client information is uptodate and accurately maintained in the company's CRM system.
- Monitor clients' accounts for any issues or opportunities, taking proactive measures to address them.
- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and renew existing contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Collect and analyse clients' feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Share market intelligence with internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on account statuses, client feedbacks, and other relevant metrics for management review.
