    Job Description :

    We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on leading projects and teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

    As a ServiceNow Developer Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to junior :

    Lead ServiceNow development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.

    Design and implement custom ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, scripting, and integrations.

    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

    Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog based on organizational needs.

    Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.

    Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

    Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of ServiceNow :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on leading projects and teams.

    Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio, ATF, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

    Hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

    Experience in ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rule, Script Include, UI Policy, etc.) and integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are preferred.
