    Role : ServiceNow developer & Lead

    Location : Pan India (Any location should be fine).

    Experience : 4 (Min Max).

    Notice Period : 30 Days or less.

    Key Skills :

    ServiceNow ITSM + HRSD & ServiceNow ITOM Service.

    - Mode of work 4:00 AM to 2PM (Australian client)Shift timing please check with candidates twice before sharing CV's.

    - Development experience specific to implementation of the ITSM module in ServiceNow Minimum 4 years of experience in ITSM, HRSDAt least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.

    - Recent experience in senior development lead role.

    - Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements,

    Process guides and functional requirements Solid ServiceNow development experience

    Responsible for ServiceNow platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.

    - Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.

    - Participation in the full software development life cycle : Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production Experience with relational database systems and MS SQL querie

    Job Description :

    We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in implementing and customizing the IT Service Management (ITSM) module in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in ITSM, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

    As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet our business requirements and drive organizational success.

    Responsibilities :

    Lead the implementation and customization of the IT Service Management (ITSM) module in ServiceNow.

    Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides, and functional requirements.

    Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.

    Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow platform administration, development, and technical support.

    Customize ServiceNow components including workflows, service catalog, UI, client scripts, business rules, UI actions, and script includes.

    Develop web applications using JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS within the ServiceNow platform.

    Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web service technologies such as SOAP, REST, and JSON.

    Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.

    Perform platform administration tasks such as user management, role-based access control, and system configuration.

    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations.

    Develop and optimize MS SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation in ServiceNow.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4-12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow.

    Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with hands-on experience in ServiceNow.

    Recent experience in a senior development lead role, providing technical leadership and guidance.

    Strong proficiency in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

    Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform administration, development, and documentation.

    Expertise in web development languages such as JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS.

    Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.

    Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle and best practices in software engineering.

    Experience with relational database systems and MS SQL queries.
