Must-Have :

- Hands on Experience on flow designer or Workflows.
- Worked on Agile methodology.
- Good Knowledge on Integrations SOAP or REST.
- Root cause analysis for any production support.
- Scripting experience is mandatory to have.
Must Have : ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Incident, Change Problem.
Good-to-Have :
- Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners.
- GRC/ ITOM/ ITBM.
Overview:
- The ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions to meet business requirements.
- This individual will lead a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and optimize the ITSM platform, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- The ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer will also provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, drive innovation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of ITSM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment with business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of ITSM enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and artifacts.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within ITSM.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new ServiceNow features and add-ons.
- Support system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Resolve technical issues and provide hands-on troubleshooting support.
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITSM with other systems and processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of ITSM capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITSM.
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) IT Service Management.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service delivery best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and API development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
