Job Description Lead:
The incumbent should have an overall experience of 7 -9 years in engineering & development role with 5 years specific to specific to ServiceNow software suite, in the below technical areas:
• Good Understanding of development and implementation of "as a service" and cloud platforms and products. Experience of Development of Customized SaaS Platforms.
• Previous experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, Asset Management, IT Cost Management, Discovery, Orchestration, ITOM
• ServiceNow Developer-level training and / or equivalent hands-on experience
• In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Service Management business processes. ITIL/ITOM knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow Data Model High-level understanding of the ServiceNow integration (with other systems / applications) architecture, in particular API's.
• Capable of managing own workload as well as planning / directing the activities of others. Includes work planning, creation of status reports, managing project financials, etc.
• Experience working with a diverse functional and technical team on multiple concurrent streams / tracks of work.
• Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business community and translate them into functional and technical requirements which can be estimated for complexity and then queued for implementation.
• Has experience functioning as a Senior developer/Lead role in multiple ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to build & present solutions & proposals to global clients.
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Job Description Architect:
• Minimum 7 yrs in service now is required for an architect role.
• Implementation experience on more than one module like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.
• Experience integrations and should have integrated at least 10+ tools with ServiceNow.
• Experience in Flow Designer.
• Should be hands on developer as well.
• Experience in managing ServiceNow Partnership.
The incumbent should have an overall experience of 14 years in engineering & development role with 10 years specific to Architecture level and the recent few years specific to ServiceNow software suite, in the below technical areas:
• Strong Knowledge in development and implementation of "as a service" and cloud platforms and products.
