    Designation - Copy and Content Lead

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Copy and Content Lead to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for health and nutrition, capable of developing compelling copy and content that engages and educates our target audience. This role will be responsible for leading our content strategy, managing a team of writers, and ensuring the consistency and quality of all written materials across various channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's brand identity, target audience, and business objectives.
    • Lead a team of content writers and editors, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality content that meets deadlines and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to develop content for various channels and initiatives, including website, blog, social media, email, advertising, and product packaging.
    • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, scientific developments, and consumer insights to inform content creation and messaging.
    • Write and edit engaging and informative content, including articles, blog posts, product descriptions, email campaigns, social media posts, video scripts, and educational materials.
    • Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style guidelines, and regulatory requirements, including accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, nutrition, or related field; advanced degree or certification in nutrition or dietetics preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing copywriting, content creation, or editorial functions, preferably in the health, wellness, or nutraceutical industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for diverse audiences and channels.
    • Deep understanding of nutrition science, dietary supplements, and health-related topics, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and engaging content.
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools; experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization preferred.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving positive change in the health and wellness industry.
