    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with legal experts and consultants on HR regulatory and compliance matters
    • Update HR policies in line with statutory requirements and industry best practices
    • Develop procedures and policies to enhance the company's compliance standards
    • Deliver compliance-related communications and training to staff
    • Manage confidential employee data with utmost discretion
    • Conduct employee training sessions on policies and procedures
    • Support internal and external audits on compliance matters
    • Serve as HR contact for various auditing processes
    • Collaborate with different HR departments to address audit findings
    • Investigate HR policy compliance issues internally
    • Resolve conflicts between employees and between employees and managers
    • Create initiatives promoting employee well-being and work-life balance
    • Identify and address compliance issues requiring further investigation
    • Work with legal team on addressing compliance concerns
    • Generate management reports on HR and labor compliance
    • Conduct regular audits of HR records and processes
    • Coordinate with Compliance vendor to ensure adherence to labor laws
    • Undertake other HR compliance analysis and projects as needed
    • Seeking candidates with a Graduate or Post Graduate degree, MBA HR specialization preferred
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources
