    Senior Officer - Mumbai, India - KEC International Ltd

    Description
  • Support in finalization of SBU Budget as per guidelines with due coordination with Project team , Commercial Manager and SBU Head
  • Formulate and implement strategy for commercial management and guidance for such compliances at various Project offices
  • Plan, Monitor and control over the cash flows and other expenses of SBU
  • Preparation / consolidation and finalization of various MIS as per requirements
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual Accounts finalization of the SBU as per compliance and get it audited. Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors
  • Data entry for all the bills, cash vouchers, etc. received from each project and approval of the same in the system (ensure IFC compliance)
  • Budget expenses/ CPDC budget control (checking of CPDC budget availability for all the expenses/ bills)
  • Vendors' / contractors' payments and reconciliation (coordinate with Project commercial)
  • Fixed assets accounting and control
  • Debtors control – monitoring, booking & reconciliation of invoices and collections and follow up for collection
