    About the position

    The PMO Lead is a senior member of the L&H Solutions IT team responsible to track and manage a large budget spend involving multiple contractors, employees and other vendors. The individual will help build the annual budgets and will then track the spends / forecasts on a monthly basis. The role will also be the bridge between the vendors and Swiss Re for external hiring. The individual will work closely with the internal recruitment team and will ensure the open positions are tracked and closed in a timely basis. With respect to Program execution, this role will also help centralize the reporting of all Programs and Projects under L&H Solutions IT.

    The PMO Manager –

    • Perform financial analysis on all budgets and prepare various reports for all budget forecast.
    • Evaluate all financials and assist to identify all key performance indicators.
    • Maintain all work according to program office procedures and policies.
    • Collaborate with finance team to perform all associate activities and prepare appropriate summaries within required timeframe.
    • Generate and publish Program health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders Support analysis of the data & metrics from programs/projects and generate reports pertaining to resources, critical paths, project schedules, budget v/s actual spend, etc.
    • Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies.
    • Provide support to various engagements and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures to prepare all reports.


    Key Success Criteria

    • Developing trust-based relationships with L&H Solutions leaders and other team members / leaders across Reinsurance
    • Assessing and managing risks and issues and making adjustments as needed
    • Ensuring business outcomes are achieved.
    • Device Plans to address the challenges programs may face during the course of executions.
    • Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities

    Requirements

    • Minimum experience of 8-10 years in a PMO function.
    • Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. invoicing and budgeting) and recruitment processes
    • Prior experience working with vendors and other external stakeholders
    • Excellent Communication skills / Stakeholder management
    • Knowledge and application of industry standard project management principles and methodologies
    • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Ability to review and assimilate information across multiple projects.
    • Prior experience producing Program Dashboards and Reports
    • Ideal candidate will aspire to join the delivery team managing programs and projects as a career growth path
    • Certifications in Project Management or Scrum desired
    • Basic knowledge of data gathering and analysis.
