    Position Summary:


    As an Account Manager - Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent.

    Your target-driven mindset and strategic approach will be crucial in expanding our client base and achieving business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Talent Acquisition:
    Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and place qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

    Market Analysis:
    Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Use this knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

    Negotiation and Closing:
    Negotiate contract terms and close deals with clients. Ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.

    Performance Metrics:
    Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data to inform strategies and improve service delivery.


    Qualifications:

    Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the staffing or recruiting industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

    Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    High level of organization and attention to detail.
