    • Making travel andaccommodation arrangements.
    • Trackingdaily expenses and preparing weekly monthly or quarterlyreports.
    • Overseeing the performanceof other clerical staff.
    • Acting asan office manager by keeping up with office supplyinventory.
    • Formatting informationfor internal and external communication memos emails presentationsreports.
    • Taking minutes duringmeetings.
    • Screening and directingphone calls and distributingcorrespondence.
    • Organizing andmaintaining the office filingsystem.

    Requirements

    EXCELLENTFOLLOW UP SKILLS Most importantrequirement. Do not hire without this skill. All other skills wecan train her into. Follow up skills she shouldhave.
    Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICEespecially EXCEL & Word.
