    DATA Quality Manager

    THE POSITION
    We are seeking for an experienced Data Quality Manager who can be part of our growth journey.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


    The Data Quality Manger will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure project initials, timelines and SLAs are met.

    Coordinate internal resources and Department Heads for the successful meets the Quality requirement of projects.

    Conduct thorough data quality audits and assessments on product data produced by Data cleansing or Vendor/Partner groups.

    Utilize available technology and tools to profile and evaluate the quality of product data.

    Identify and document gaps in the data, as well as any issues related to normalization and standardization.

    Maintain documentation of data quality audits, evaluations, and findings for reference and reporting purposes.

    Responsible for upgrading the in-house Content Library based on the quality of delivered data and continuously seeking improvements.


    Responsible for managing the requirements of any CAAS engagement and continuously monitoring and mentoring team members to meet customer needs.

    Development of new processes or technology-based solutions to data quality problems.

    Experience and Skills
    Preferably from an engineering degree qualification background (mech/instr/elec)

    Work experience -12+ years in data management & analysis.

    Experience in industries like Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing is an advantage.

    Knowledge & experience of working with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle etc

    Knowledge of MRO/Asset/Vendor & Customer data

    Knowledge of data cleansing methodologies

    Experience with data quality audits, evaluations, and improvements

    Familiarity with data standards, such as UNSPSC, and regulatory requirements

    Understanding of Taxonomies and standards in the MRO domain

    Knowledge on MRO cataloging

    Ability to work with cross functional teams for delivery.

    Strong Analytical skills

    Good presentation skills

    Excellent Communication- verbal & written.

    International exposure is an added advantage.
