    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Oversee the quality management system (QMS) for the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) operations.
    Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards.
    Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
    Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and best practices.
    Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues.
    Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
    Extensive experience in quality management within the EMS industry, with at least 3-5 years in a quality role.
    Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar.

    Skills:

    Quality Management:
    Overseeing and implementing QMS for EMS operations.

    Auditing:
    Conducting quality audits and inspections.

    Data Analysis:
    Analyzing quality data and implementing CAPA.

    Training:
    Mentoring staff on quality control processes.

    Preferred:
    Master's degree in Quality Management or related fields.
    Professional certifications such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or Six Sigma Black Belt.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
