    Role Overview:
    • This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia as a Site Quality Manager.
    • The Site Quality Manager plays a crucial role in supervising and ensuring the quality standards of site operations, upholding compliance with relevant regulations, and driving quality enhancement initiatives.
    • Responsibilities include working closely with multifunctional teams to define quality objectives, conducting routine audits and inspections, and delivering training and assistance to team members.
    • Furthermore, the Site Quality Manager will analyze data trends, devise actionable strategies, and foster an environment of continuous advancement.

    Key Requirements:
    • Proficiency in quality management principles and methodologies
    • Demonstrated experience in audit execution, inspections, and quality enhancement efforts
    • Strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytics
    • Outstanding communication skills and adeptness in leadership
    • Keen eye for detail and capability to perform under high-pressure scenarios
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and a background in manufacturing or construction is advantageous
