    Position Overview:
    Anubavam is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the technology landscape, particularly in product engineering environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent for technology-driven product companies.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead the recruitment strategy for technical roles, focusing on attracting talent with experience in product development, web, mobile, ERP, CRM and artificial intelligence.

    Conduct comprehensive technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles contributing to the development and enhancement of Creatrix Campus and other projects.

    Collaborate with department heads to understand specific recruitment needs, ensuring a perfect alignment between candidate profiles and technical requirements.

    Employ diverse sourcing methods, with a strong emphasis on identifying candidates with prior experience in product companies, to build a rich talent pipeline.

    Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiations, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring cycle.

    Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain competitiveness and attract the best talent in the market.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background is highly advantageous.

    At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a preference for candidates who have successfully recruited for product-based companies.

    Comprehensive understanding of technical roles and skills, particularly in software development and ERP solutions.
    Exceptional ability to screen and interview candidates, with a keen eye for technical expertise and cultural fit.
    Demonstrated success in utilizing social media, professional networks, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
    Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of fostering meaningful relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
    Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
