    Description

    About the Job:

    As a Recruiter with specializing in hiring for Full Stack, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning Technology roles, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting highly skilled professionals in these domains to fulfil our organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to build a talented team that can drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates with expertise in Data Analytics, Data Science, and ML Technology.
    • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements and organizational culture fit.
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and evaluations with hiring managers and technical teams.
    • Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies in the Data Analytics, Data Science, and ML Technology fields.
    • Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates' technical skills, domain knowledge, and cultural fit to ensure they meet the organization's requirements.
    • Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports to track the progress of hiring efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
    • Background Verification processing: Coordinating with Vendor, ensure right candidate joining the organisation by confirming all the mandatory checks are completed.

    Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering & master's degree in human resources / business administration or a related field.
    • End to End Recruitment (Gathering requirements, Framing Job description, Sourcing, Screening, Interview coordination, Offer negotiation, Background Verification processing & Onboarding )
    • 3 to 6 years of proven experience in recruiting for Full stack Engineers, Data Analytics, Data Science, and ML Technology positions.
    • Familiarity with the technical skills and qualifications required for these roles.
    • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
