    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Technical Recruiter located in Chennai. As a Technical Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical candidates. You will also be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. This is an on-site role.

    Qualifications
    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting and technical recruiting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong ability to source and screen candidates
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
    • Ability to coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process
    • Knowledge of the local ERP tech industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
