    Description

    We are seeking a Network Access Control (NAC) Engineer to join our team. The NAC Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network access control solutions to ensure the security and integrity of network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, experience with NAC technologies, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • and implement network access control solutions to enforce security policies and control access.
    • and manage NAC appliances, including Aruba ClearPass.
    • and maintain network access control policies, rules, and configurations to align with security requirements and compliance standards.
    • with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security analysts, to integrate NAC solutions into our network environment.
    • regular assessments and audits of network access controls to identify vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, and areas for improvement.
    • NAC logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and policy violations.
    • technical support and troubleshooting assistance for NAC-related issues, including connectivity problems, authentication failures, and policy misconfigurations.
    • up-to-date on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices related to network access control and security technologies.
    • in security awareness training and knowledge sharing activities to educate stakeholders about the importance of network access control and security best practices.
    • Document NAC configurations, procedures, and incident response plans to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity of operations.

    Skills:

    • experience with NAC solutions such Aruba ClearPass, or similar products.
    • understanding of network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and security technologies (e.g., 802.1X, RADIUS, LDAP, SSL/TLS).
    • in network troubleshooting tools and techniques for analyzing packet captures, logs, and network traffic.
    • communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with team members.
    • analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
    • Experience with network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
