    Description


    We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX Designer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.

    As a Lead UX Designer, you will lead a team of UX designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-friendly digital products and experiences that meet the needs and expectations of our users.


    Key Responsibilities:

    UX Strategy and Planning:

    • Define and drive the overall UX strategy, vision, and roadmap for our digital products and platforms.
    • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to align UX initiatives with business goals and objectives.

    User Experience Design:

    • Lead the design and development of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
    • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine design solutions based on user insights and feedback.

    Interaction Design and Animation:

    • Design interactive and dynamic user interfaces with smooth transitions, animations, and microinteractions to enhance user experience.
    • Create motion prototypes and animations to demonstrate interaction design concepts and behaviors.

    Design Systems and Guidelines:

    • Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency, coherence, and scalability across digital products.
    • Document and communicate design standards, best practices, and guidelines to internal teams and stakeholders.

    Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster professional growth and development.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and execute design initiatives.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and usercentered design solutions.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar prototyping and wireframing tools.
    • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodologies.
    • Experience with user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development.
    • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire crossfunctional teams.
