- Executing global business unit sales and marketing strategy, including specific strategic sales and marketing initiatives, plans and implements annual budgets. Ensuring business unit marketing and sales strategy is implemented in the markets
- Driving the growth of the top line in each market. Finding and creating new business opportunities. Implementing activities on agreed cross business unit/ BL / region initiatives. Guiding local sales teams and ensures the right capability is in place, or organizes support from other LBLs, where needed
- Understanding customer needs in the market by visiting customers. Developing and implementing product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with product management and global business unit and BL sales management
- Supporting continuous improvement on NPS and the execution of customer satisfaction surveys Analyzing results and assists with corrective actions as necessary. Ensuring appropriate approach to global /regional accounts
- Implementing global standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Building an effective, capable and high performing organization
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- Require 10 to 15 years of experience in cement industry
- Should have experience in sales and marketing management, customer management, team management and stakeholder management
- Hands on experience in lead generation, stakeholder management (international and domestic)
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills

You will be working as Regional Cement Sales Manager India and Africa at global grade 10 and will be part of Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Global Business Unit Manager and will be responsible for implementing business unit global sales and marketing strategies in the assigned geographic area, ensuring that the global business unit increases sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction in the region. Collaborating with local sales units and global BU and BL sales organizations within the business unit and in other business lines for countries, where no GI BL is present.
