    Description
    As a content marketer you willbe a part of the Marketing Operations team. You will decide ondemographics what kind of campaign messaging we want to deliverwork with internal teams to finalize and execute a plan to driverevenues. You are required to use empathy logic and hard data toinfluence choices. This outstanding individual will also work veryclosely with the Sales and Solutionsteams.
    Wefocus on activating and scaling the best brand experience todeliver breakthrough marketingled growth costeffectively across alldigital consumer touchpoints and channels. You will be anindividual contributor as a part of a team with a predeterminedfocused scope ofwork.
    TheContent Management SPOC is responsible for organising categorisingand publishing content and information using specific tools andchannels for use by different groups and individuals within theorganisation.
    InReporting and Analytics you will have to prepare management reportsand analyses both recurring and adhoc. This includes trackingbusiness performance through trusted data and insights whileactively managing employee behaviours.
    Whatare we lookingfor
    Weare looking for individuals who have the followingskillset:
    • A contentmarketing ninja with understanding of copywriting funnel creationand conversions in B2B space (preferred in IT services)
    • Excellent communicator (written verbal andpresentation) skill with outstanding editorialexpertise
    • Understanding of B2B relationshipbuilding using marketing for businessgeneration
    • Expertise in channeling emailmarketing campaigns customer success and social mediacampaigns
    • Expertise in creating content thatscales and converts; and can live by the ideologycreate once distributeforever.
    • Experience in settingupcreative standards deep knowledge of storytelling building anddelivering AIDA grade content.
    • Ability tosynthesise complex matter into simple and effectiveoutput
    • Ability to build project pipelines leadprojects from creative concept tocompletion
    • Experience in working with graphicsdesigners & content writers.
    • Knowledgeof storytelling creative writing fundamentals distilling businessgoals & needs within the context of insights standardmethodologies and the overall innovative concept to getthere.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to leadmultiple projects.
    • Ability to supervise andguide other team members.
    • Positive relationshipbuilding skills and customerserviceorientation
    • Stay up to date with newtechnologies industry and design trends and demonstrate a passionforlearning.

    Itwould be a value add if you are proficientin:
    • Knowledge of mobileapp development processes such as SLDC testing cyclesetc
    • Understanding blockchain AI and other web3.0 lingo
    • Understanding creative processeditorial processes and projectmanagement

    Responsibilities
    • Leadinteractive sessions and project kickoffs to assess and translatebusiness needs into creative ideas
    • Lead andinfluence creative conceptualization idea generation and thematictreatment across all use cases
    • Land andmaintain project plans for each result.
    • Buildstoryboards to pitch and recommend creative ideas based on projectneeds standard methodologies and possibilities within the creativeprocess
    • Set the tone lead the execution ofcreative concepts by ensuring the application of storytelling anddesign frameworks
    • Conceptualize compellingcreative ideas and craft highimpact creative themes for all GTMcommunication particularly proposals (executive summary documentsmicrosites and orals decks) case studies outreach notes capabilitydecks leadership decks and research generatedcontent.
    • Chip into theme copy and creativewriting across mediums including the web
    • Ensurepartner delight by ensuring overall work meets exacting creativestandards business needs and expectations
    • Youwill be required to help in the overall teams workload by managingyour deliverables and assisting the team whenneeded.

    Preferredorganizational experience 2 years ormore.
