    JobDescription: Job Summary:


    As an Assistant Manager Shopper Marketing at Dermafique E Com youwill be an integral part of the D2C Team responsible for overseeingAmazon and Flipkart Search and Display campaignsinternally.

    The ideal candidate should possess a minimumof 34 years of handson experience in executing Amazon Searchcampaigns on its console.


    KeyResponsibilities:
    Amazon and Flipkart Campaign Management
    Develop andexecute effective Search and Display campaigns on Amazon andFlipkart.
    Optimize campaigns for maximum visibilityconversion and ROI.

    Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to align shopper marketingstrategies with overall business goals.
    Develop andimplement strategic initiatives to enhance product visibility anddrive sales on Amazon and Flipkart.


    Data Analysis andReporting:
    Utilize data analyticstools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
    Generate regular reports with actionable insights to improve futurecampaigns.


    BudgetManagement:
    Manage the budgetallocation for Amazon and Flipkart campaigns ensuring optimalutilization and ROI.

    Collaboration:
    Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including sales product andcreative teams to ensure alignment of messaging and promotionalactivities. Stay Updated on IndustryTrends.

    Stay informed about industry trends competitoractivities and platform updates to identify new opportunities andstay ahead in the ecommerce landscape.

    Qualifications andExperience:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a relatedfield.
    Minimum 34 years of handson experience managingAmazon Search campaigns on its console.
    Proven trackrecord of successful shopper marketing campaigns on ecommerceplatforms.
    Strong analytical skills and proficiency indatadriven decisionmaking.
    Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
    Familiarity with tools andtechnologies relevant to ecommerce and digitalmarketing.
