    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort and convention centers. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent guest service, overseeing facilities maintenance, and managing budgets and financials. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.

    • Experience in the hospitality industry
    • Developing a system to increase revenue
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
    • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
    • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
    • Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar role is preferred
