    Experience : 1 Year to 2 Years

    Qualification: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    Work Experience : Minimum 1 year experience direct field sales

    Job Description :

    • 1. Prospect and Identify Opportunities:
    • Research and identify potential clients or markets that align with the company objectives and target demographics.
    • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and Cold Visits to offices directly.
    • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
    • 2. Develop and Nurture Client Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
    • Understand clients business needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored solutions that address their requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and company capabilities.
    • 3. Pitch Products or Services:
    • Present company offerings in a compelling manner to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Customize presentations or proposals based on client requirements and feedback.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • 4. Drive Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
    • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
    • 5. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide feedback from clients and market insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer service initiatives.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver on commitments.
    • 6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to the company products or services.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional network and knowledge base.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles in a reputed Corporate Interior firm.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

    CTC : Rs. 1.80/lpa to 3.0/lpa
