    Description
    This position is for thedirect(fresh) sales role. This is a key role for the company asthis team is charged with getting new clients to SecureNow. Freshteam sales persons may focus on select industry segments orproducts or may have a geographic focus. The person will have deepknowledge of commercial insurances such as property marine andliability & employee benefit insurances. The person has theprimary responsibility of building and maintaining a relationshipwith clients. Once a new client is acquired the person has tosupport the transitionover a one year period to the retentionteam.

    ROLES&


    RESPONSIBILITY:
    1)

    Actively manage the insurance sales process:
    lead generationcredentials pitch
    consultativequestioning solutions pitch negotiations and closing Lead andbe
    accountable for all clientproposals contracts and any otherdocumentation
    following companyprocedures.
    2) Create compellingprofit objectives and maximize crossselling opportunitiesby
    keeping upto date with the newproduct developments and enhancements.
    This
    includes conducting revenueanalysis of current business partners of thechannel.
    3) Develop overall BDstrategic action plans to ensure achievement ofrevenue
    targets including marketintelligence business segmentation competitor analysis
    and customizing ourvalue.
    4) Work with underwritersto design and negotiate products relevant tothe
    customer. Leverage prevailingbest practices to deliver optimal solution forthe
    Client.
    5)Map potential prospects in allocated geographies. Estimate profitpool for each
    subsegment anddevelop a tailored outreach strategy and nuanced propositionfor
    specific customersegments.
    Work with servicing team to develop and deliverclient
    engagement plan. Identifyprevalent value added services for each LOBs and
    ensure smoothdelivery
    6) Report achievementvisavis plan on periodic basis to managementteam.
    Maintain MIS on keyperformanceindicators

    CANDIDATEBACKGROUND:
    Commercial insuranceexperience e.g. in group health propertyand
    liability is veryuseful
    B2B sales experience is amust
    The candidate may haveworked with a insurance broker or withthe
    direct selling side ofinsurers.
    Strong drive to handleclients and teams in an independentway.
