    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a skilled Functional Analyst to join our team and help enhance the functionality and user experience of our website.

    The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of web technologies, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate website functionality for optimization opportunities.
    • Gather and document functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Test website functionality rigorously to meet business needs and user expectations.
    • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications with developers.
    • Create functional flow documents.
    • Monitor website performance and gather user feedback for improvements.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website issues.
    • Stay updated on industry trends for enhancing user experience.
    • Work closely with product owners and excel in stakeholder management.
    • Proficient in JIRA & Scrum for project management.
    • Experience in functional analysis, especially in ecommerce or digital marketing.
    • Strong understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS.
    • Familiarity with website external integrations.
    • Knowledge of Umbraco (CMS) is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Effective communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in website testing tools and methodologies.
    • Understanding of agile development processes.
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.
