    Responsibilities:
    • Leadand motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets andobjectives.
    • Create diverse reports analyzingindividual performance collaborating closely with the Sales Headand management.
    • Conduct regular call audits forcounselors providing timely feedback.
    • Assistcounselors in making effective closingcalls.
    • Identify and cultivate new businessopportunities within the educationsector.
    • Provide ongoing training and support tothe sales team to ensure their success.
    • Analyzesales data and market trends to make informed businessdecisions.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing and product development to drive customerengagement and productenhancements.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBApreferred).
    • Proven track record of success insales management preferably in the educationsector.
    • Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and inspire ateam.
    • Excellent communication negotiation andpresentation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with theability to develop and execute effective salesstrategies.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in CRMsoftware (Lead Square) and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
