    Description

    Role DescriptionWe are looking for sales people with an experience of at least 3 years in business development and sales of cleaning machines like Scrubber Dryers, single disc machines and commercial/Industrial Vacuum cleaners or allied products and services.


    The Sales Team will be responsible for driving the sales efforts and building a lasting relationship with customers through excelling in customer service and sales.

    The Sales team will be posted in Kolkata developing and nurturing the local customers as well as appointing and managing dealers in the Eastern region and nearby areas like Pune, Ranchi, Bhuvaneswar, Guwahati etc.

    This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager at Columbus Cleaning Machines Pvt Ltd.

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting customer presentations, negotiating and closing sales deals, and providing excellent customer service.

    This is a hybrid role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for some work from home.

    Required Candidate profileWe require dynamic candidates with good communication skills, who are self-motivated and with high level of confidence.

    Prior experience in sales as sales person, with ability to demonstrate network reach and machine and industry knowledge.

    Candidate should be from sales and marketing background and good in communication. Preference shall be given to multi-lingual candidates especially if they are fluent in English and Bengali.

    Sales Acumen, Negotiation Skills and Networking Skills are required.

    QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skillsPrior experience in sales in the cleaning industryAbility to train and mentor other sales team members
