    Description

    TheSystem Engineer is a seasoned professional who understandschallenges faced byorganizations inimplementing security technologies in hybrid environments. You willbe engaged in firsthand customer interactions to resolve customerissues. If you have technical depth and desire to work in a dynamicand high growth environment this role is for you.

    • Providewellthought out and reliable direction both in technical andnontechnical terms to help customers integrate deploy and maintainthe Sectonaproducts.
    • Takeendtoend ownership of customer issues including initialtroubleshooting identification of root cause and issueresolution.
    • Meetor exceed customer expectations on response quality timeliness ofresponses and overall customer experience.
    • Serveas internal and external point of contact on customer issues andensure they are resolved as expediently as possible.
    • Beprompt and deliver high quality service and leadership to alignwith customer goals and requests.
    • Manageproject scope schedule status and documentation.
    • Collectinformation and document bugs with Engineering for product issuesthat are impacting customers.
    • Providefeedback to the training and documentation organization so thatcommon or emerging issues can be addressed before they becomeserious or widespread.
    • Createprocess or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledgebase.
    • Managemultiple concurrent deployment projects.



    Requirements

    • BE/ B.Tech / MCA /M.Tech /M.Sc (CS) /B.Sc (CS)
    • 3years of System Engineering/ ProfessionalServices managementrole.
    • Expertisein core Microsoft product stack including Windows Server WindowsWorkstation Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policies andIIS.
    • Experiencewith VMWare virtual environments AWS Cloud Services or MicrosoftAzure Platforms is preferred.
    • Advancedtroubleshooting & technical escalationmanagement.
    • ImplementOperate andprovide L2 Support for PAMsolutions.
    • Demonstratean understanding of risk management security policies and controlsuser account lifecycle management and rolebasedaccess.
    • Abilityto learn newtechnologiesquickly.
    • Excellentrelationship management customer service and communication skillsin variety of forms (written live chat conference callsinperson.)
    • Abilityto work independently with little direct supervision and as a partof a team.
    • Abilityto remain calmcomposed andarticulate when dealing with tough customersituations.
    • Securitycertification is a plus.

    BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc (CS) 3+ years ofSystem Engineering/ Professional Services management role.Expertise in core Microsoft product stack, including WindowsServer, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GroupPolicies and IIS. Experience with VMWare virtual environments, AWSCloud Services or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred. Advancedtroubleshooting & technical escalation management. Implement,Operate and provide L2 Support for PAM solutions. Demonstrate anunderstanding of risk management, security policies and controls,user account life-cycle management and role-based access. Abilityto learn new technologies quickly. Excellent relationshipmanagement, customer service and communication skills in variety offorms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.) Ability towork independently with little direct supervision and as a part ofa team. Ability to remain calm, composed, and articulate whendealing with tough customer situations. Security certification is aplus.
