    Industry: Information Technology (IT) Services Department: Sales Reports To: CEO

    Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts for Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions targeted at multinational corporations. This role involves crafting and implementing strategic sales plans, building a top-notch sales team, and boosting revenue growth for our GCC offerings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients for our GCC services.
    • Understand the requirements and hurdles faced by multinational corporations looking to establish or expand their GCC presence in India.
    • Lead and guide a team of sales representatives, offering coaching and guidance to meet sales objectives.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and current client firms.
    • Create engaging sales presentations and proposals showcasing the advantages of our GCC solutions.
    • Collaborate with departments like marketing, IT, and operations for a seamless client journey.
    • Negotiate and finalize complex sales agreements with global clients.
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and expansion.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in GCC development and management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT services sector.
    • Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Thorough understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their value proposition for multinational corporations.
    • Solid grasp of the Indian IT landscape and its benefits for GCC establishment.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Capability to build strong relationships and lead a high-performing team.
    • Effective strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing sales plans.
    • Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally).
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
