    Role Description

    This role will be part of the GCC UK Media team, for a specific group of accounts corresponding to our agency partners' structures (referred to as a Stream).

    This role will be responsible for the flawless delivery of activation of the GCC teams.

    This role will be responsible for reviewing the quality of output of the team and supporting the Programmatic Quality Assurance Director with identifying areas of improvement, creating individual and team action plans to deliver these improvements, and working closely with individuals in the team to ensure progress against these plans.

    The role will be responsible for auditing accounts to ensure all team members are following operational protocols including Quality Assurance (QA) processes, documenting QA completion, implementing the correct budgets and phasing, and applying Craft best practice to all setups and optimisation work.

    Success of this role will be measured by the removal of all errors and an increase in quality of the team they work with.

    KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    General Responsibilities

  • Operational ownership of the GCC media activation services for the relevant Streams
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensuring adoption of Quality Assurance controls
  • Ensuring adherence to account and campaign Taxonomies
  • Ensuring flawless execution of Media activities without errors
  • Reviewing new Campaign and / or budget setup against plan to ensure they are correct
  • Spot checking accounts against Quality Assurance protocols
  • Recording and reporting on Quality Assurance adherence
