    We are currently seeking a Sales Director for GCC to join our team in Pune/Bangalore

    Job Description:

    Summary:
    We are in need of a motivated and experienced Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts for Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions targeted at multinational corporations. This pivotal role involves strategizing, leading a high-performing sales team, and boosting revenue for our GCC offerings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients for our GCC services.
    • Understand the needs of multinational corporations looking to establish or expand their GCC presence in India.
    • Lead and oversee a sales team, providing guidance to meet sales goals.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client firms.
    • Create compelling sales pitches and proposals showcasing the advantages of our GCC solutions.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Negotiate and close complex sales deals with global clients.
    • Analyze sales data for improvement opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends in GCC development and management.
    Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the IT services sector.
    • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Deep understanding of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and their appeal to multinational corporations.
    • Familiarity with the Indian IT landscape and its benefits for GCC establishment.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to cultivate relationships and lead a high-performing team.
    • Proficiency in strategic planning and analysis.
    • Experience in sales plan development and execution.
    • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
