    Position: Sales Governance Officer.

    Location: Mumbai/Pune.

    Experience minimum 7+ years.

    JD:

    • Bachelor's degree in law or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance or governance is a plus.
    • Proven experience in legal compliance, governance, or regulatory affairs, preferably in a sales or commercial environment.
    • Strong understanding of contract law, sales regulations, and compliance frameworks relevant to the industry.
