    Description

    Job Description

    The role of the Trainer will be tomanage the School Transformation Program implementation in coordination withthe school management and teachers in the assigned partner schools, and workwith students to execute the program interventions.

    Roles& Responsibilities of Facilitator

  • Program Implementation - Work directlywith school administrators and staff in the development, implementation, andevaluation of School Education program in the assigned schools.
    Knowledge and ability to conduct program related sessions on STEM Education, environmentawareness and protection, make children exam ready through coaching, guidanceand workshops, provide guidance and counselling to students on career planningetc.
  • Planning & Scheduling - preparetimetables for classes in order to achieve program objectives and complete theplanned sessions on time.
    Ensure smooth functioning and implementation of program activities at theschool including assessments, student identification, workshops, events,reporting etc. Hold self-accountable for the day-to-day event execution &operations
    Immediate troubleshooting and resolution of challenges working along with theoperations and support team, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Assessments - Adopting a data-drivenattitude towards measuring learner progress. Conducting assessments for thestudents to evaluate the current levels and the impact of the program. Plan and execute effective peer-driven Learning Circles,technical support such as grade level circles and training sessions to improvethe program impact on students
  • Data management - collaborate with theschool management and teachers in collecting program-specific data for MIS.
    Timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and updates of theprogram
  • Deliver the interventions under the SchoolTransformation program (STP) at the schools identified by Bhumi and work oncapacity building of the teachers in the STP education curriculum.
    Exhibit and display student work across the school, conduct events and programrelated activities periodically

    • PreferredEducation Qualification / Experience:

  • Graduation /Post-Graduation with B Ed - Preferably 1-2 years of teaching experience with school students
  • Should be a quicklearner to understand and execute the structured program
  • Coordination skills to work with the Schoolmanagement, administration, teachers, students and the vendor
  • Good teaching skillsto coach and guide students on the program activities
  • Candidates should be enthusiastic aboutexperimenting with electronic devices, conduct program related classes
  • Experience in reporting, teachertraining, monitoring and evaluation
  • Ability to mentor students to achieveacademic goals towards career development
  • Good Englishspeaking & writing skills
