    Description

    The role of theTrainer will be to manage the School Transformation Programimplementation in coordination with the school management andteachers in the assigned partner schools and work with students toexecute the programinterventions.

    Roles& Responsibilities of Facilitator

    • ProgramImplementation Work directly with school administrators and staffin the development implementation and evaluation of SchoolEducation program in the assigned schools.
      Knowledgeand ability to conduct program related sessions on STEM Educationenvironment awareness and protection make children exam readythrough coaching guidance and workshops provide guidance andcounselling to students on career planning etc.
    • Planning& Scheduling prepare timetables for classes in order toachieve program objectives and complete the planned sessions ontime.
      Ensure smooth functioning and implementation ofprogram activities at the school including assessments studentidentification workshops events reporting etc. Hold selfaccountablefor the daytoday event execution & operations
      Immediate troubleshooting and resolution of challenges workingalong with the operations and support team vendors and otherstakeholders
    • AssessmentsAdopting a datadriven attitude towards measuring learner progress.Conducting assessments for the students to evaluate the currentlevels and the impact of the program. Plan and executeeffective peerdriven Learning Circles technical support such asgrade level circles and training sessions to improve the programimpact onstudents
    • Datamanagement collaborate with the school management and teachers incollecting programspecific data for MIS.
      Timelysubmission of monthly quarterly and annual reports and updates oftheprogram
    • Deliverthe interventions under the School Transformation program (STP) atthe schools identified by Bhumi and work on capacity building ofthe teachers in the STP education curriculum.
      Exhibitand display student work across the school conduct events andprogram related activities periodically

    PreferredEducation Qualification /Experience:

    • Graduation/ PostGraduation with B Ed Preferably 12 years of teachingexperience with school students
    • Shouldbe a quick learner to understand and execute the structuredprogram
    • Coordination skills to work with the School managementadministration teachers students and thevendor
    • Goodteaching skills to coach and guide students on the programactivities
    • Candidatesshould be enthusiastic about experimenting with electronic devicesconduct program relatedclasses
    • Experiencein reporting teacher training monitoring andevaluation
    • Abilityto mentor students to achieve academic goals towards careerdevelopment
    • GoodEnglish speaking & writingskills

    Skills Required: Networking find out & establish contact withlocal Communities, Colleges, NGOs & other Partnerships. Able todo house visits and good reachability in the community. Written andoral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an addedadvantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and collegedropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative andQuantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positivethoughts keen to learn new things. Education Qualification /Experience: MSW / MBA from a recognized university with 1-3 yearsof relevant experience Other Information: Designation: Associate,Skill-Ed, Student Mobilizer.
