    We deal in brand new as well as pre-owned games of PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch, and focus on promoting console gaming culture in India.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site HR Executive role at Gamenation, Chennai.

    The HR Executive will play a critical role in supporting the HR operations and employee relations initiatives of the organization.

    The role involves end-to-end HR management, ensuring effective implementation and compliance with HR policies, and providing support to managers and employees on HR-related issues

    Qualifications


    • 1-3 years of experience in HR Management and HR Operations
    • Lead the endtoend recruitment process. including job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals), and conducting initial candidate screenings
    • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and develop relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Strong knowledge of endtoend HR processes
    • Experience in managing HR policies and procedures
    • Excellent employee relations skills
    • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • HR certification is a plus
