    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager.

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients, and managing client accounts.

    As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to pitch potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers.

    This role requires excellent marketing skills and the ability to craft professional and persuasive emails and messages to drive conversions & strong follow-ups.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
    • skills.
    • Experience in B2B sales and business development
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to think strategically and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge and experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
    • Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha & other tools to generate potential leads.
