    The seller growth function develops programs to recruit new Sellers, enhance existing Seller performance, and encourage them to utilize Amazon products and services.

    We offer comprehensive support to new Sellers from their Amazon launch to overcoming obstacles and preparing them for success with various programs and tools.


    Responsibilities:
    • Recruiting and managing Sellers while advocating for their needs at Amazon
    • Driving Seller business growth by expanding selection and capitalizing on key business opportunities
    • Leading improvement projects: Launching new products and expanding relationships by collaborating with business development and onboarding teams
    • Assisting Sellers in enhancing their business operations to enhance the consumer experience
    • Identifying potential partners, presenting value propositions, and fostering successful long-term partnerships
    • Monitoring performance, utilizing metrics, and meeting productivity and seller satisfaction goals

    We are considering candidates for locations such as Hyderabad, TS, IND.


    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Spanish Certification at B2.2 level or above. Strong written and verbal communication skills in German
    • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) with 0-3 years of relevant work experience
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English for interactions with external and internal partners
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
    • Interest in eCommerce/Online business
    • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment and a commitment to exceptional customer service
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Creative and analytical problem solver dedicated to operational excellence
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Background in ecommerce, retail, advertising, or media
    • Experience in account management, marketing, buying, or customer service
