    Job Description :

    • This position will be working in a team that is responsible for planning strategy for ServiceNow and reporting to the ITSM Manager, this role will focus on the following areas.
    • Responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
    • This role requires indepth technical expertise in ServiceNow development, as well as taking charge of the creation, fundamental configuration, and technical knowhow of our ServiceNow installations.
    • The candidate will be asked to offer firstrate training, support, and customer service.
    • This role requires an organized, selfdriven person who can thrive working alone or in a team and can quickly adjust to changing priorities.
    • The ideal candidate has a solutionfocused mindset, is enthusiastic about technology, loves providing excellent customer service, and works well under pressure

    Key skills and experience required (Mandatory) :

    • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
    • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and capabilities.
    • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide Script, and AngularJS.
    • Expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and applications, including leveraging APIs and integrations.
    • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other relevant modules
    .

    • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

    Duties and responsibilities :

    • Lead the design and architecture of solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and objectives.
    • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and beyond.
    • Design and implement complex ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
    • Provide technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and drive the implementation process.
    • Perform code reviews, unit testing, system testing, and performance tuning to ensure highquality deliverables.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using the ServiceNow platform.
    • Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for adoption.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow development and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.

    Qualification :

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
    • ServiceNow certifications such as
    • Certified Application Developer (CAD),
    • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or
    • Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly desirable.
