- Create an annual engagement strategy for key accounts. Maintain stakeholder relationships by visiting all partners on a regular basis and staying in touch virtually.
- Ensure effective communication with relevant stakeholders about organizational updates (Products, Process, Policy, etc.)
- Field experience and open to the market visit.
- Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Extensive management-level strategic planning experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- IT skills, including the use of spreadsheet.
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- A master's degree in business administration is preferred.
- Management and business development experience in an innovative environment.
