    Description
    Responsibilities

    Functional Responsibilities

  • Price and Margin exception/Gap Closure evaluation
  • Management of Frito lay overall price structure of a product portfolio.
  • Work on Innovation pricing
  • Work on cts and analysis as requested. (Post pricing analysis, Post pricing Audit, Analysis for specific product )
  • Support strategies and programs to improve trade efficiency and calendar optimization
  • Work cross functionally with Brand marketing, Field marketing, Innovation and Consumer insights teams to make sure team is expanding their pricing knowledge and putting consumer at forefront of decision making.
  • Responding to request from sales team and other internal customer support team to review/correct pricing concerns in timely manner, measured by pricing architecture.
  • Providing recommendation and approving exception pricing request submitted by sales finance team.
  • Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports
  • Maintain complex Excel models
  • Develop PowerPoint presentiation to communicate business results and insights
  • Manage pricing exceptions through verbal and written interactions with Sales and Sales Finance
  • Collaborate with sales and finance functions on ad-hoc projects
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
    • Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills, Excel modeling,Power Point.
  • Ability to identify business issues and generate solutions
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and customer service
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence others
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Prior Finance experience with National Accounts/Field Sales a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, Proficiency in English language
