    Description

    Company:

    Mahindra Agri Solutions Handling of Receivables, age-wise analysis and follow-up of payments. Contributing to reduction of over dues, thereby helping organization in meeting Cash Flow targets. Customer Advances transferring to regular account to the extent of sales.


    Submission of Reports:

    Sales Register (error free), Debtors Ageing Reports Due date wise & document date wise, Crop wise & Product wise Sales, providing MIS Reports to the management.

    Creation of of Customer codes, Releasing of Sale & Sales return and IPT orders. Stock Reconciliation Sending of Acct. Statements, Ageing & Credit Notes Obtaining the Price approvals / Circulars. Review & maintaining Price in SAP (Region wise / Customer wise/ Material wise). Reconciliation of party accounts, resolving the queries and Confirmation of balance sent to parties every quarterly. Closing of SAP issues at C&Fs points Monitoring and ensuring timely dispatches are taken with minimum transportation expenses incurred. Negotiate with transporters for good rates. C & F Settlements
    • Bills, Query Handling, Settlement of Freight Bills, Cancellation of Open Sale Orders.
    Schemes and Discounts working done distributor wise as per approvals and the same getting confirmation from the Marketing Head and passing the credit notes Monthly book closing on a timely basis with utmost quality ensuring that all the period end adjustments are recorded, monitor period end programs and work with various teams to resolve issues, if any.

    Reporting to H.O and Audit requirements and Managing year end close External and Internal audits Manage complete logistics for Seeds business.
