    Description

    Role & responsibilities

    • Resources recruitment (Recruits, selects, hires) as per Project requirement.
    • Forecasting caller requirement for the upcoming project.
    • Train and evaluate callers and other supervisor.
    • A Team player and who has handled a min of telecallers.
    • Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data.
    • Preferably handled a Survey based process.
    • Well versed with the Dialer/ CRM Strategies.
    • A person who has handled inbound/ outbound processes
    • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of calling, productivity, training, and quality.
    • Make sure that DRC (Data Research Center) team meet company's goals and provide sufficient support to achieve wise productivity.
    • Address and resolve employee Dissatisfaction and staff Attrition.
    • Give suggestion in questionnaire to project team for better research findings.
    • Able to create a healthy workplace environment and Workplace culture.
    • Flexible in working hours (Extension of shifts as per work requirement / Weekend working if required)
    • Candidates should be adaptive to Disciplined work culture.
    • Good knowledge of Excel and Presentation.

    • Proven leadership skills.
    • Great decision-making skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Adept at budgeting and forecasting.
    • Ability to transform data into actionable, strategic decisions.
