    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure web applications using the MERN stack.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Architect robust and maintainable code structures that adhere to best practices and coding standards.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
    • Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding practices, caching mechanisms, and database optimizations.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in web development, incorporating new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.
    • Continuously improve development processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and automation.
    • Contribute to the company's technical knowledge base through documentation, tutorials, and presentations.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on the MERN stack.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
    • Strong experience with MongoDB, , , and
    • Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
    • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
