- Develop Marketing Plans: Create and execute innovative marketing plans to attract investment bankers for recruitment and onboarding, as well as to engage existing and potential HNI clients.
- Content Ideation and Creation: Produce compelling content ideas including whitepapers, case studies, articles, and presentations tailored to the interests and needs of partner bankers and HNI clients.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising if relevant, to effectively reach target audiences.
- Events Management: Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Relationship Managers, and Product Development to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the financial services industry
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, particularly targeting investment bankers and high net worth individuals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, Automation platforms, AI and social media management tools.
- Basic Visual design skills, and handson experience on tools like Canva and AI design tools
