    Description

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Education Loan Marketing Manager to lead ourmarketing efforts for education loan products and services.

    The ideal candidate will possess adeep understanding of the education financing landscape and will be responsible for developingand executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our education loan offerings.

    Position Marketing Manager (Education Loan)

    Experience: 5 to 6 yearsLocation Andheri, Mumbai

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop

    Marketing Strategies:
    Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote education loan products and services. Identify target demographics, analyze markettrends, and develop strategic messaging to effectively reach prospective borrowers.


    Community Engagement Strategy:
    Build a student's communities and develop plans to buildand nurture relationships with members. Create compelling content to engage communitymembers and drive meaningful interactions. Curate relevant content from various sources andshare it with the community to spark discussions and facilitate knowledge sharing.


    Event and Sponsorship:
    Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including studyabroad event, webinars, seminars, and sponsorship events. Oversee event setup, registration,and onsite management. Work closely with vendors to ensure seamless execution.
    Brand tie-ups : Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at target brands.
    Pitch partnership opportunities to potential brand partners, highlighting the value proposition andbenefits of collaboration. Negotiate partnership terms, including discounts, promotions, andexclusive offers, to create compelling value propositions for students. Coordinate theimplementation of partnership agreements, ensuring seamless integration with ourorganization's platforms and channels.


    Content Development:
    Develop engaging and informative content tailored to the needs of ourtarget audience.

    This includes blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other marketingmaterials that highlight the benefits of our education loan products and provide valuableinformation on financial aid and student loan management.


    Lead Generation:

    Drive lead generation efforts through various marketing channels includingdigital advertising, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships with educational institutionsand organizations.

    Develop targeted campaigns to attract students, parents, and educationprofessionals seeking financing options.

    Brand Awareness:
    Build and maintain brand awareness for our education loan offeringsthrough targeted marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach efforts. Collaboratewith internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.


    Partner Partnership and engagment:
    Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships witheducational institutions, student organizations, financial advisors, and other relevantstakeholders.

    Collaborate with partners to promote our education loan products and services totheir audiences and enhance our reach within the education community.

    Regular interaction andengagement with partners.


    Campaign Analysis and Optimization:

    Monitor and analyze the performance of marketingcampaigns, tracking key metrics such as lead conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisitioncosts.

    Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, refine target audiencesegmentation, and improve campaign effectiveness over time.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in Marketing with minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience inmarketing, with a focus on financial services, preferably in the education lending sector.
    • Strong understanding of Education loan products and services.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies andcampaigns.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationshipsand influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives and solutions.
