    Job Title: Marketing Manager

    Position Overview:

    · We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on B2B marketing. This individual will be responsible for driving lead generation through various channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in utilizing these platforms to generate leads effectively. Knowledge of SEO strategies and implementation will be considered a significant advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

    · Utilize LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms to implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads.

    · Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness and ROI.

    · Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support the sales pipeline.

    · Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.

    · Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and lead generation.

    · Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

    · Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

    Qualifications:

    · 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years focused on B2B marketing.

    · Proven track record of successfully generating leads through LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms.

    · Hands-on experience in utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

    · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    · SEO knowledge and experience is a plus
