    Job Overview

    We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team at 31 PARALLEL IT & BPO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Executive - Travel, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel products and services. This is a full-time position based in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer-focused with a strong sales and negotiation ability
    • Passionate about the travel industry and knowledgeable about popular destinations
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in using travel booking software and MS Office suite
    • Fluent in English and any additional language is a plus
    • Willingness to travel when required

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell travel products and services to potential customers
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements
    • Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries to meet individual needs
    • Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success
    • Stay updated on travel industry trends and competitors' offerings
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
    • Attend travel trade shows and events to network and generate leads
